Friends and I decided to climb/walk the Helderberg on Tuesday, and ended up doing more than some of us bargained for. I really felt the fact that I haven’t been to the gym for a month and eating very unhealthly for a while (I can’t wait to be back in Stellenbosch, where I can excercise and have fast internet 24/7!)..
